I realize it has been entirely too long since I have updated my blog.  But, I think I have a pretty good reason!  I had a baby!  Our sweet Jackson Marshall Hoskins was born on his due date, December 11th, 2011.  It was the greatest day of my life and I have just loved every minute of becoming a mother.  2012 is going to be a crazy year full of changes and transitions but I am still going to be shooting weddings and have a couple of openings left for the year if you are interested!!  I feel so lucky to be able to have a job that I love and be a mom at the same time.  Our family feels so blessed to have the oppurtunity to pursue all of our dreams in starting a family and continue in the careers that we love.  Here is a little bit of what has been going on the last month :)

Little guy is due on SUNDAY!!!  We are anxiously awaiting his arrival and I have been busy tying up loose ends before he does.  Maternity sessions aren't something that I do a whole lot of, but I did a few this year and I thought in honor of the last few days of my pregnancy, I would post a few of my favorites.  Here's to hoping Jackson comes SOON!!!!

A couple of weeks ago I got to hang out with Caitlyn, a senior at Farragut High School, and take some pictures :)  Senior photos isn't something I have done a whole lot of, but I LOVE IT!  So, if you are wanting to get some senior photos taken, email me!  I am winding down portrait sessions for 2011, but would love to get something scheduled for you in 2012!  Caitlyn was so much fun to work with.  She has AMAZING hair and the cutest smile.  She is also a dancer so we played around with that a little at the end and I really loved the way some of the shots turned out.  Sooo, meet Caitlyn :)

A few weeks ago I shot Ashley and Alex beautiful wedding at the Knoxville Botanical Gardens.  It was just a perfect October day.  Their wedding was sweet and simple and fit them oh so well. Surrounded by close friends and family, Ashley and Alex vowed to love each other forever.  

It's November 1st y'all!!  I cannot believe it!  Fall is one of my absolute favorite times of year and I just love East Tennessee this time of year.  There is just something about the light that is my very favorite.  Meet Mary Katherine and Jordan!  I am photographing their wedding next June and am so excited!  They are such a sweet and beautiful couple.  Here are some of my favorite photos!
