2 years ago today i married my very best friend.  i wouldn't want to go through life with anybody else. 

i love this next couple.  :)  they are people that i am so happy for and feel so lucky to call friends.  chris is in the dirty guv'nahs with justin and i have gotten to know him well over the last 5 years.  one of the best things about justin being in the dirty guv's has been getting to know the girlfriends, and now wives of the other band memebers.  elizabeth is just this beautiful little spit-fire and i am so happy to have her in my life.  being able to be a part of their day in this way was so fun.  they are such a great looking couple, so of course my job was made easy in that way, but aside from that, i just loved seeing how happy and excited they both were to get married!  now, on to the photos!

i loved abingdon.  it is such a cute town. 

i absolutely cannot believe that we are already halfway through the month of september!  so many fun and exciting things have been going on at our house that this whole year has just flown by!  this next wedding is one that i have been really excited to share!  i have been friends with cameron for years now.  we both grew up in knoxville, and then became friends in college.  she, like most of my friends, moved to nashville after college and met mart.  they fell in love and 2 weeks ago, they got married!  they both just have such a sweet spirit about them, that you can't help but have a smile on your face when you are around them.  cameron was the happiest bride and beaming from ear to ear all day long.  they had a beautiful catholic ceremony and then their reception was at one of my favorite places, the r.t. lodge in maryville.  it was 78 degrees and sunny.  perfect weather for a perfect day. 

last weekend 2 of my favorite people got married!!  elizabeth yancey and chris doody tied the knot and i could not be more excited about it!!  but before all the wedding festivities took place, i got to hang out with elizabeth and her sweet mother for a little bridal portrait session.  let me just say this.  elizabeth is GORGEOUS.  she is gorgeous everyday.  all the time.  but when she put on that wedding dress, oh my.  i have never seen her look more beautiful. 

to me, there are so many different things that can make up a great wedding.  but there is only one thing that can make for the best wedding.  two people who are crazy about each other.  and this next wedding has just that.  colby and christen's wedding is one that i have been looking forward to for a while.  besides the fact that christen is stunningly gorgeous, she also just so happens to be greek!  somehow, i have gone all these years never having seen "my big fat greek wedding"  which christen and her family said was an absolute must see before the wedding.  so, on the friday night before her wedding, i had some girl friends over and we snuggled up on the couch to watch the movie.  after seeing it, i was even more excited for saturday!  and of course, their wedding did not disappoint!!!  the wedding ceremony was so sweet, the reception was definitely a party, throw a fabulous couple in there, and you have wedding photography heaven!!!!
