last weekend i got to hang out with mary beth and chad to shoot their engagement session for their november wedding. mary beth really wanted some "green" pics and some urban pics too. we tried starting out at the ut gardens but got denied!!! they were having some kind of event their and wouldn't let us on the grounds. not even for a minute....i panicked a little and thought to try the botanical gardens ( one of my most favorite places) hoping that it didn't have a wedding....well, it did.......panicking again, we almost headed to sequoia hills when i decided we should give it a shot anyway...we did and i'm so glad we stayed! we got take advantage of my most favorite light and then head down to the old city where i got to be a little spy on their quasi date.

mary beth and chad, i had the best time hanging out with you guys and cannot wait til your wedding!! the countdown is on!!!!

sarah and mitch engagement

so, last weekend i got to hang out with two of my favorite people. mitch and sarah! i hang out with these two friends most weekends, but this time was different because we were taking their engagement photos!! mitch is one of my husband's best friends and is in the dirty guv's with him. we both met mitch in college and to say he is one of the sweetest guys i know is an understatement. sarah came into his life about a year ago and before we knew they were in love and now are getting married and i could not be happier!!! i absolutely LOVE sarah for reasons that you will be able to see in these pictures. she is beautiful, fun, sweet, thoughtful, and just perfect for mitch. i absolutely cannot wait for their wedding on june 20th in augusta.

beth and harrison engagement

last weekend i got to spend the day with beth and harrison. they are getting married on may 16 can't wait for their wedding! they are both from knoxville, but didn't meet until college at samford. we were laughing about how two people can grow up in the same city and never meet until life takes you to a different place...the same thing happened with me and my husband justin who went to bearden. anyway, we had a great time hanging out downtown together. here are some of my favorites from our shoot.
